Terms of Service

VerifiedRent Ghana helps tenants discover rental listings and helps landlords present properties. Users must provide accurate information and must not publish fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized listings.

Landlords pay a GH₵75 annual verification fee through the available payment flow. Tenants use the discovery service for free. Verification is a trust and safety process, not a guarantee of a transaction or property condition. Tenants should inspect properties and confirm agreements before making payments. Fraud and misleading listings may be reported and investigated. We may suspend accounts or listings that violate these terms.
